The User

One focused persona, clearly defined.

Research pointed to a very specific user: tech-comfortable, running a solo business, no accounting background, making financial decisions daily under uncertainty.

The existing tools like Tally, QuickBooks, even basic spreadsheets were built for accountants, not operators. Every screen assumed financial training the user didn't have, creating anxiety instead of confidence.
